Pre-Construction Realtor Education

I work at Wyndfield to educate Realtors in Brantford and the GTA. My decades of expertise goes into teaching real estate professionals how to navigate the pre-construction sales process and how to protect their clients and themselves. My in-person courses cover the specialized paperwork involved in a pre-construction purchase including the agreement of purchase and sale, and other essential documentation. I cover Tarion warranties and provincial regulations and the tax scenarios involved in a purchase.
