Oh, hello!
I'm Jayne Smillie,
Sales Representative for TFN Realty Inc., Brokerage ("TFN").
I'm a REALTOR® — but I work daily on being much more than that to the home owners and families that I'm proud to serve.
I focus on the sale of pre-construction (that's "pre-con") new homes, based at the Empire Homes Wyndfield neighbourhood in Brantford, Ontario.
I've helped to sell over 5,000 properties since the beginning of my real estate career, with a total value over two billion dollars.
This includes over 4,000 pre-construction new homes since 1998. It also includes many other detached, freehold homes and condominium residences throughout the years.
That's a track record of pre-construction sales expertise.
I've built my career and industry credentials on many years of pre-construction dedication. I started selling new homes in 1998. I have also sold resale real estate for over three decades. I have been a licensed real estate Sales Representative since 1987.
Part of my work includes acting as a professional resource for other agents and brokers. This allows them to better-serve home buyers with an interest in purchasing pre-construction homes.
I work hard for my local community, and for my wider community of home buyers, agents and brokers.
I'm a Director of the Brantford Homebuilders' Association (BHBA).
